Zoning & Water Protection

“I will hold the line on the Urban Rural Delineation Line (URDL) to limit sprawl and overdevelopment in Northern Baltimore County.” Theaux has already worked with Councilman Kach to ensure any change in the URDL requires a charter amendment by super majority.

Hold the line and maintain the current Urban Rural Delineation Line (URDL) so county water and sewer cannot be expanded
Support Question A , a charter amendment that would require a super-majority council (7 out of 9 votes) to move the URDL
Protect reservoir and private well water resources
Limit sprawl and overdevelopment in Northern Baltimore County
